The Specialists were professional and easy to work with. James picked up my rugs from my work location, cleaned them in the facility and removed dog pee stains/smell from my wool rug. However, I was beyond impressed with the repairs they did to the edge of my rugs! I got both my rugs while abroad traveling, so as you can imagine I'm very attached to them. James and the rest of the employees are always ready to come out and pick up my oriental rugs when needed, sometimes on very short notice. For example, my poor dog had an unfortunate occurrence during the night, and James came out the next day, picked it up, and had it back to me within a surprisingly short time frame, never mind that they had just cleaned and brought it back the week before. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them.

After being disappointed in other carpet cleaners we found The Specialists by accident (literally). I spilled a large dark roast coffee on our very expensive natural fiber rug (that is white and light grey). The Specialists were the only people that were confident in their ability to handle it, and they did! Since then we've had them do our house 3 times. I have never been happier with our carpets. I honestly will not use any other company.

Accidentally found this place. Glad I did. Extremely nice friendly staff. I give it 5 stars and more. Brought in an old rug to be cleaned they made it look fantastic! Definitely will use them again.

I found my new carpet cleaning company! Top notch experience, from the initial call with James to the courteous, professional, and conscientious young men who did the work. They cleaned our wall to wall carpet and two area rugs - by far the best cleaning we've had in the 22 years we've lived here. Excellent communication before, during, and after.

The Specialists are the best! I've had many different carpet cleaners over the years (that I've always been pretty happy with), but now that I've experienced James, Joycelyn, and their staff, they've taken the quality of cleaning as well as customer service to a whole new level. After having just purchased a house, I was worried that the previous owners' golden retrievers' urine was so bad that I'd have to rip out some of the carpet. And now 4 months after being cleaned, as best as I can tell the urine smell and stains are still totally gone. All that potential carpet replacement money was saved :-) They also did quality work on rugs and my sofa. I will definitely be using them again. Overall, they're lovely people who are excellent small business owners and do top quality work. It's a rare combination and I can't recommend them enough.

Went the extra mile with my rug. Colors came out more vibrant, the pet smell was gone, and stains were drastically minimized where you had to look for them to see them. They did a great job on an Iranian rug purchased in Tabriz, Iran over 20 years ago. I trust them, plain and simple.
