• Comment: The Specialists are the best! I've had many different carpet cleaners over the years (that I've always been pretty happy with), but now that I've experienced James, Joycelyn, and their staff, they've taken the quality of cleaning as well as customer service to a whole new level.
  
  After having just purchased a house, I was worried that the previous owners' golden retrievers' urine was so bad that I'd have to rip out some of the carpet. And now 4 months after being cleaned, as best as I can tell the urine smell and stains are still totally gone. All that potential carpet replacement money was saved :-) They also did quality work on rugs and my sofa. I will definitely be using them again. Overall, they're lovely people who are excellent small business owners and do top quality work. It's a rare combination and I can't recommend them enough.
