This beautiful shag rug had become a favorite napping spot for the family pet so it had quite a bit of dirt and pet odor to be removed. We used our 11 step process to disinfect and clean the rug. Afterward, it looked so great the owners weren't sure if the family dog would be allowed on it again (at least until they left the house)!
