Why did the customer contact us?

The customer brought in a tufted wool rug that hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was very dusty and soiled.

Solutions provided:

We vacuumed then dusted the rug in our dusting machine. We got a lot of dirt and dust out. Then we washed the rug over and over again to get maximum soil removal. Afterwards, we put the rug in our centrifuge to rinse and dry it and it came out really nice. Check out the before and after pics by clicking ‘more’ below.
